Warranty
12-Month Limited Warranty
Every atmoflux panel is covered for 12 months from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship under normal field use. Plain language, no surprises.
1. What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the panel enclosure, mainboard, power circuitry, and pre-installed sensor modules.
- Failures caused by faulty workmanship in assembly, wiring, or factory calibration.
- Firmware defects that prevent the panel from booting, reporting, or transmitting readings to atmoflux.
2. Coverage period
12 months from the shipment date on your invoice. Coverage transfers with the device if you resell it within the warranty period.
3. What we'll do
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the panel and ship it back at our cost,
- Replace the panel with an equivalent unit, or
- Refund the purchase price of the affected panel.
We aim to action warranty claims within five business days of receiving the unit at our facility.
4. What's not covered
- Physical damage from impact, crushing, or improper installation.
- Damage from lightning strikes, power surges, immersion beyond the rated enclosure spec, or operation outside the documented temperature range.
- Modifications to the panel hardware or firmware not authorised by atmoflux.
- Sensor consumables (e.g. electrochemical cells, filter media) operated past their stated lifespan.
- Normal wear of cabling, mounting hardware, and external connectors.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
5. Calibration
Calibration certificates are accurate as of the date of issue. Re-calibration on a schedule appropriate to your application is your responsibility; we offer it as a paid service. A drifted reading on an out-of-cal panel is not a warranty defect.
6. How to make a claim
- Contact us with your invoice number, the panel serial number, and a description of the issue (photos and recent panel logs help).
- We'll diagnose remotely first. Most issues turn out to be configuration and don't need a return.
- If a return is needed, we issue an RMA and ship a prepaid return label. Pack the panel in its original packaging where possible.
- We action the claim per Section 3 once the unit arrives.
7. Limits
This is a limited warranty for the panel itself. Atmoflux is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, decisions made on the basis of sensor readings, downstream process losses, or third-party costs. Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the affected panel. Nothing in this warranty limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
